The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team responsible for transactions, supporting operations for acquisition financing and monitoring portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Contribute to the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and mature investment realizations
• Support the team by carrying out rigorous financial modeling and business model reviews
• Contribute to the preparation of internal reports in accordance with deadlines
• Comprehensively examine financial reports from companies, establish representative market comparables, and conduct a detailed analysis
• Support the team in preparing and organizing various discussions and meetings with partners
• Systematically conduct in-depth research on the situation and trends of the sectors being followed
• Take charge of studies and analyses on potential targets or market segments
• Help the team produce valuable analyses for the portfolio companies followed by the analyst
