Join a global investment group and take pride in helping build a sustainable future. As an Associate, Private equity, you will work within CDPQ London's Private equity team, supporting it on new LBO investments and portfolio company monitoring.
Requirements
- Participate in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and business model reviews
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports
- Thoroughly review companies' financial reports and perform comparable analyses
- Support directors in preparing and organizing discussions and meetings
- Continuously research key topics and trends in targeted sectors
- Coordinate workstreams with external parties
- Support analysts in their tasks and their analyses
- Produce value-added analyses for monitored portfolio companies
