The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of our defence projects within the business, including alignment with budget, scope and schedule as well as collaboration with our engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Create detailed project plans including work breakdown structures, resource allocations, detailed budgets, schedules, and key milestones
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage various internal and external project teams to ensure client satisfaction as defined by performance, schedule and budget
- Lead and support proposals of existing and new customers and review the administration of additional subcontracts
- Stay on top of industry trends and work to identify and capture new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Maintain accurate critical path schedule models and initiate appropriate corrective action plans to remain aligned with project deliverables
- Work closely with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams by providing clear project expectations, recommendations, and project status updates
