Project Manager

Calian's Health Business Unit is introducing a new Project Manager position to lead key initiatives as part of our recruitment transformation and continuous improvement journey. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets using appropriate control techniques
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive issue resolution
• Monitor project performance using established tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with function leads on change management, testing, and training activities
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and data security standards
• Document project deliverables, key decisions, and lessons learned
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
