Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to take over the Statements System a PHP-based web application currently backed by SQLite, with planned migration to PostgreSQL and deployment to AWS.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of the Statements System (front-end, back-end, and DB)
- Migrate from SQLite to PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance
- Refactor and maintain PHP-based APIs and web interfaces
- Deploy and manage the application in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, basic infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring
- Ensure security best practices across stack (web, DB, cloud)
- Support minor business logic changes in the statement calculation engine
- Liaise with product and operations teams for ongoing improvements
