Job Description
Head of Legal Compliance responsible for providing strategic legal counsel, developing corporate governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across global operations. The role requires 15+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, M&A, regulatory compliance, and governance, preferably in multinational companies with a focus on Africa and emerging markets.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, M&A, regulatory compliance, and governance
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) and a Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Qualified as a solicitor or attorney in a relevant jurisdiction
- Fluent in both French and English
- Significant experience working in Africa and emerging markets
