Job Description
The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, effective people management, and strong HR support across projects and office teams.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide strategic HR support to senior management and project leadership teams.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR standards.
- Manage selection processes, interviews, and assessments to shortlist quality candidates.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPIs, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, attendance systems, and HR data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labour law, health & safety standards, and construction-sector regulations.
- Forecast manpower requirements based on project timelines and operational needs.
- Develop and update HR SOPs and internal guidelines to streamline HR processes.
