Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, act as primary point of contact for customer queries, and coordinate with sales team for seamless onboarding of clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in credit card sales or banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of credit card products and DSA operations is an advantage.
