Sr Director of Strategic Sourcing

The Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing is responsible for leading the procurement strategy and operations across the organization, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services, managing vendor relationships, driving cost savings, and supporting organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
• Proven leadership and cross functional experience
• Experience with contract negotiations and compliance standards
