Job Description
The Plant Director role for Califia Farms is responsible for day-to-day and strategic leadership and management of operations in our Bakersfield plant, overseeing plant operations to achieve business goals in safety, quality, customer service, costs, efficiency, and raw material usage yields.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in production facilities, prefer beverage, food processing and/or dairy products.
- BS/BA or equivalent degree
- P&L experience, strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent intuition and deductive reasoning
- Keen insight and proactive ability to identify, assess and manage risk
- Demonstrated experience and success in managing people effectively and leading operations function in a complex manufacturing environment
