Job Description
Calo, a technology-driven food company, is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, products, and production procedures. This role involves ensuring products meet high food safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the implementation of a food safety management system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and knowledgeable in quality standards.
Requirements
- Inspect production cycle procedures.
- Approve incoming materials and reject unacceptable materials.
- Approve in-process and final product inspection.
- Maintain records and monitor equipment.
- Conduct staff training.
