Job Description
The Administrator of Admissions, Outreach & Intake is responsible for overseeing admissions, outreach, and intake functions within the hospital, serving as a liaison between Calvary Hospital and referring institutions. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring high-quality patient services, managing budgets, and complying with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Master of Nursing Degree required
- NYS unencumbered Registered Nurse License required
- Ten to fifteen years of management experience
- Five to fifteen years of department head experience
- Three to five years experience as an Administrator or Vice President preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Quality Assessment and Improvement and Utilization Review
- Ability to develop management systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
