Job Description
Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home, part of the Calvary Network, provides comprehensive palliative care services for advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients. Requirements
- Assists in planning, implementation, documentation, and coordination of patient care services.
- At least one (1) year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred.
- Current NY State Registered Nurse License/Permit.
- BSN from an accredited school is preferred.
