Job Description
Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home in Westchester, New York, has a rich history of providing palliative care for terminally ill patients and their families for over 125 years. They offer a full range of services, from emotional and spiritual care to physical, aiming to provide comfort and dignity to patients and their families. This position involves providing medical and psychosocial support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- One (1) year bereavement counseling experience is preferred.
- At least one year of Hospice or Home Care experience preferred.
- New York State driver’s license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to embody a caring and tradition-based spirit.
