Job Description
Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home in the Bronx, New York, is a hospice dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and terminally ill patients and their families for over 125 years. The hospital provides a full range of services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care, and offers a compassionate environment. It is a family-focused, non-abandonment philosophy based hospice.
Requirements
- Holds a Pharmacy Intern Permit issued by the State of New York.
- Completed at least the third year in a six year Pharmacy program.
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is required.
- Proficiency in reading, handwriting, and recognizing drugs.
