CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Tool Install Detail Engineer to support our semiconductor installation projects.
Requirements
- Create detailed ISO drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs) from customer-supplied P&ID drawings for tool install, move-in, and de-install activities.
- Validate tool utility hook-ups, including PCW, CDA, bulk gas, exhaust, and electrical systems.
- Apply Global Construction Standards (GCS) and site-specific specifications to all detailing and field coordination activities.
- Manage redlines, as-builts, and frequent Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring documentation remains accurate and current.
- Coordinate closely with Process Engineering, Facilities, Construction teams, and OEMs to resolve design, constructability, and installation issues.
- Support tool install readiness reviews, safety walkdowns, and commissioning preparation.
- Ensure all work complies with SEMI S2, S8, S22, and applicable EHS standards.
- Assist in maintaining and managing jobsite documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, redlines, and as-built documentation.
- Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution on-site.
- Draft and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Attend and document project meetings; track open items and follow-ups.
- Support schedule development, weekly look-ahead, and project task tracking.
- Monitor and report on craft productivity and labor performance.
- Assist in preparing estimates and budgets for change orders and field-directed work.
- Promote and ensure adherence to CAM’s Zero Harm safety culture.
