Job Description
CAMBA is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager for its Via Vyse Supportive Housing Program. The Case Manager will work with tenants to create and maintain independent living plans, identify community resources, and provide support in achieving their goals. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of applicable experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and two years of applicable experience
- Obtain 'Criminal History Checks' (CHC) fingerprinting through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs (Justice System) and Staff Exclusion List (SEL) clearance
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance throughout the duration of employment
