Job Description
CAMBA is a community-based organization that provides comprehensive services to individuals and families in need. As a Case Manager, you will work with tenants in the Bergen-Saratoga Supportive Housing development to provide case management and supportive services, including initial intake and assessment, independent living plans, and referrals to community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.)
- Experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance
- Flexibility to work occasional evening hours
