Case Manager, Opportunity House Men's Shelter

CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager to work at the Opportunity House Men's Shelter in Brooklyn, NY. The Case Manager will conduct initial intake and assessment of clients' needs, create and maintain client files, and provide support and training to clients to help them attain their goals and transition into permanent housing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience
• May be required to become First Aid/CPR certified
• May be required to become certified in overdose prevention
• Bi-lingual preferred
