Job Description
CAMBA's School-Based Early Support Program empowers families and promotes children's well-being within the school environment. As a Case Planner, you will conduct outreach activities, collaborate with referral sources, and develop individualized support plans in partnership with families.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree
- Minimum of two years of experience working with families and children in a community setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
