IT Operations Manager

Cambio is a leading supplier in e-health with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. We are growing continuously and have about 1000 employees in several countries. As the IT operation manager, you will lead a team that focuses on the technology platforms where our services run.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems, developing IT processes and implementing secure infrastructure is essential.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and retain IT talent, fostering a high-performing team.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes in practice.
• Good knowledge of IT security and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
