Psychometrician

Cambium is looking for a Psychometrician to provide oversight of the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, or related field, and prior experience in the summative, certification, or other high stakes assessment industry.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, or related field
• Prior experience in the summative, certification, or other high stakes assessment industry
• Increasingly responsible professional experience, including experience with assessment systems, sampling theory and item response theory
