Marketing Program Manager (SEO + Community) - Brazil-based

We're looking for a strategic, creative builder who can establish Cambly's voice in organic channels from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll create new programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and directly influence Cambly's long-term growth trajectory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing with proven track record of building and scaling organic channels
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building programs
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies across multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business results (traffic, engagement, conversion)
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or content teams to produce high-quality work at scale
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Native in Portugese and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
