Red Team Operator – Top Secret Clearance| Norfolk, VA

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Red Team Operator with a Top Secret Clearance to support operations in Norfolk, VA. This full-time position requires an active DoD TS clearance and involves the operation of cyber security testing tools, analysis, and vulnerability assessments. The role is designed to provide significant support in offensive cyber operations, requiring significant problem solving skills and the ability to execute tests in a rapidly changing operational environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in penetration testing, red team operations, or exploitation development.
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in multiple offensive security tools: Metasploit, Core Impact, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Nessus, SharpHound/BloodHound.
• Must have a current and active DoD TS security clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI clearance.
• Travel & Passport (some overnight stays possible).
• Ability to work in an office environment.
• Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk.
