Principal Growth Designer

Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is seeking a Principal Growth Designer to lead Product Design on a cross-functional product squad focused on increasing driver activation and retention. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile product design in iOS and Android, and a portfolio showcasing mobile product design samples and thinking.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the squad to define highest priority design and research initiatives
• Apply a broad range of design techniques to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Support rapid experimentation by creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Provide assistance and guidance to other team members to research and understand the humans that use our products
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using design documentation, style guides, and component libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the discovery and development process
• Effectively communicate and support design decisions to team members and stakeholders
