AI Mentor

As a Mentor for the AI Champion Apprenticeship Programme, you will support professionals to drive technological innovation across their organisation. You will have a background in driving productivity improvements and leading digital or operational change, and empower learners to become confident, capable AI Champions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of or practical experience with modern AI and data tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power BI, ChatGPT or related platforms.
• Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching professionals in a learning or organisational development context—particularly in roles related to apprenticeships or digital skills.
• Experience of prioritising workload, working to strict deadlines and following governing procedures and controls
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting development of other colleagues
• Conscientious with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
