Job Description
Camelot is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician I to provide preventive, corrective, and general building maintenance at one of our commercial client locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of commercial maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Windows
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with client, supervisors, coworkers, and vendors.
- Ability to take initiative and learn new job scopes (when needed)
- Reliable and responsive to client requests
- Professional and neat appearance
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with facilities team members and the client.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
