MFT Adjunct Faculty - California

The MFT Adjunct Faculty will develop and teach coursework in various specialties, maintain office hours, and participate in departmental and divisional initiatives. They will also support the institution's Christian mission and provide a Christian role model for students.

Requirements

• Develop lectures, demonstrations, assignments, and enrichment activities
• Teach coursework in various specialties
• Maintain regular office hours for advising students
• Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives
• Support the institution's Christian mission
• Provide a Christian role model for students
• Maintain a strong interest in the pursuit of knowledge and share it with students and scholars
• Promote the discipline on and off campus
• Maintain contact with alumni and the community
• Participate in academic unit meetings
• Identify with professional organizations and professionals of the discipline
• Assist in recruiting new Faculty members
• Assist in developing syllabi for courses
• Assist in preparing requests for foundation grants
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching
• Serve as an academic advisor
