Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the Corporate Campus Challenge, a practice-oriented program for young talents to develop entrepreneurial skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success and continuous development of the program, leading a small team and coordinating schedules, content, and activities.
Requirements
- Solid professional qualification, either in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree program
- Advanced experience in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or User Experience methods
- Project management skills and ability to manage allocated budget
- Coaching experience and ability to give presentations to larger groups
- Excellent German and English skills
