Requirements

• Experience in founding and/or developing a startup in its early stages
• Coaching experience to share knowledge and best practices with others
• Desire to share diverse experiences, such as customer or partner acquisition, as well as project management, with others
• Entrepreneurial mindset and methodological knowledge ('The Lean Startup', 'Customer Centric Growth')
• Strong network in startup ecosystems and communities
• Customer-centric and hands-on mentality
• Fluent English, with knowledge of German being advantageous
