CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical condition and promote resident satisfaction through first-class customer service. The ideal candidate will be a passionate mentor and team builder with a personal drive to excel and grow within the company.
Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
