The Head Teller is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the teller line, maintaining an adequate cash reserve, and ensuring efficient staffing and training of employees. The role also involves performing teller transactions, collaborating on cross-selling opportunities, and delivering friendly and personalized service to members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 - 5 years of similar or related experience
• Completed CAMPUS Cash Operations Certification
