Behavioral Health Patient Experience Expert

CAN Community Health is now hiring a Behavioral Health Patient Experience Expert. The role involves providing a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for patients and visitors, scheduling referrals and follow-up appointments, and communicating with behavioral health leadership. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and has administrative experience in the behavioral health setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the behavioral health setting
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required
