Job Description
Front Desk Agents manage reservations, book guests, and provide extraordinary service to guests at the CN Tower. They will also be cross-trained as Imaging Agents, monitoring and maintaining photo/video equipment and selling photos and videos to guests.
Requirements
- Diploma from a secondary school
- Prior face to face customer service experience
- Previous experience working with cash/debit/credit card systems
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
