Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Services Representative in Canada to identify and meet client needs, offer advice and product solutions, and support special client-facing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
- Experience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and / or financial advice channels
- Valid life insurance license (LLQP) and IFIC/CSC
- Acquisition of strong knowledge of savings, investment and insurance products / services and financial planning concepts
- Customer service focus, and ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and refer opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Quick thinking and innovative
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office products, Investment Centre, Salesforce
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
Benefits
- Base salary between $59,800 - $99,700 annually
- Variable compensation components (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.)
