As a Sales Director, you will lead a high performing team of Account Executives and grow mid and large group benefit businesses. Key responsibilities include relationship management, sales process management, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the Group Insurance business
• Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Excellent relationship management and business development skills
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle

Benefits

• Base salary: $121,000 - $171,000
