We are seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to support a key region for our insurance distribution sector. You will provide product expertise, sectoral analysis, and stimulate life, disability, and serious illness insurance sales by collaborating with various advisors.

Requirements

• Execute quarterly and annual business plans to achieve consistent sales targets within assigned advisor segments
• Develop targeted engagement plans and act as the primary product expert for assigned advisors
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities in collaboration with regional leaders and distribution partners
• Provide file analysis, advice, and joint on-site support to advisors and their clients
• Promote innovative sales ideas and implement marketing and market development initiatives to penetrate new segments
