Job Description
Join the Compliance and Risk Governance team in the Bilingual Senior Specialist, Risk Governance position. Provide strategic governance advice, mentor others, and support the development of policies and risk governance documents.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in risk management, governance, and compliance, with strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape applicable to Crown corporations, as well as expertise in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French), including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and engage in constructive debate with diverse audiences using tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
