Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (SDET) to join our Business Solutions Engineering Team. As a leading expert on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, you will ensure quality and reliability across all solutions and promote testing best practices and drive test automation adoption by promoting a shift-left testing culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles
- Strong hands-on coding experience with UI, API, and integration test automation frameworks
- Experience with accessibility testing techniques and standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, axe-core, screen readers)
- Experience building testing frameworks and libraries and test strategy
- Strong understanding of the test pyramid and shift-left testing principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
