Job Description
Canada Post is seeking an on-call Post Office Assistant for Haida Gwaii. The position involves providing customer service at the post office, handling mail, and resolving delivery issues. Candidates should be responsible, flexible, and reside in the community of Haida Gwaii where the Post Office is located.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education, or experience in business administration
- Experience interacting with the public in a retail or service environment
- Understanding of general or post office accounting systems
- Physical fitness to lift mail and box
- Flexibility for temporary, on-call work
- English language proficiency
