Job Description
CAPREIT is seeking a talented Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist to build relationships with prospective residents, process applications, and maintain resident records. The role focuses on fostering tenant retention and a sense of community within their high-quality rental communities across Canada. Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field
- Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver’s licence
- Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience
