Job Description
CAPREIT is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Leasing Specialist to build relationships with residents, manage the leasing process, and maintain property operations. The position offers opportunities for growth and career development within a fast-paced, thriving rental community. This is an entry level position, but can be expanded into a full-time role.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Property management software knowledge is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation
