Requirements

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and managing the housekeeping team.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members.
• Proficiency in English and other languages (plus).
