The role involves handling reservations, managing client inquiries, and providing personalized assistance. The company specializes in luxury properties in Greece, including Canaves Ena, Oia Suites & Spa, and Sunday Suites.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Greek language is preferred
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, hotel reservation systems, and online booking platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
