Job Description
This Project Architect IV role involves leading the development of all technical aspects and content of projects within a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires collaboration with all disciplines and proactive leadership in a client-facing environment, leading site observations and developing positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
