The Project Architect V will lead the development of technical aspects and content for a 2.0+ million square foot healthcare facility, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables. The successful candidate will manage critical path processes, lead project teams, and verify compliance through team collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of related professional experience
- Previous experience on large, complex projects
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
- Demonstrated focus on quality
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Must possess business acumen
- Must have strong client leadership skills
- Must have strong technical leadership skills for production team
- Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff
- Must have advanced knowledge in discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
