Project Architect V

We are seeking a Project Architect V to lead the development of technical aspects and content for large, complex projects. The successful candidate will have a high-level specialist with experience in construction documentation and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
• Demonstrated focus on quality
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Must possess business acumen
• Must have strong client leadership skills
• Must have strong technical leadership skills for production team
• Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff
• Must have advanced knowledge in discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
