Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Project Mechanical Engineer IV to join a multi-disciplinary team working on new construction, renovation, and technology projects. The role involves designing complex mechanical systems and leading the development of architectural drawings, performing quality control, and managing engineering projects. Candidate should be highly analytical and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Current PE in Mechnical in the United States
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Analytical skills
- Client engagement skills
- Workability with multiple projects
- Computer applications proficiency (Revit, Trane Trace, Trane 3D Plus, Revit)
- Compliance training completion
