Job Description
Canopy Mortgage is seeking full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to develop referral partners, generate loan volume, and interact with borrowers in their local territory. This role offers state-of-the-art proprietary systems, competitive pricing, complete loan control, and in-house underwriting. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant
- Active state license
- Established contacts/referral partners
- Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
- Working history of loan process and general underwriting guidelines
- Funding 1 million in self-generated production
- College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
