Job Description
Canopy Mortgage is seeking motivated full-time Branch Managers and Loan Originators to develop referral partners, generate loan volume, and work with borrowers in their local territory. The company offers a unique opportunity to take control of loan volume, utilize proprietary systems, and receive excellent pricing with state-of-the-art tech and support. This is a full-commission opportunity for experienced loan officers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- NMLS Safe Act compliant
- Active state license
- Established contacts/referral partners
- Knowledge of different types of loans and credit bureaus
- Working history of loan process and underwriting guidelines
- Funding 1 million in self-generated production
- College preferred, not required
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
